  Had a really good meal here with superb service. Would be 5* but I can't quite bring myself to give a chain 5 stars, and it does have a slight chain feel to it.
  
  I had the mussels, and not only were they tasty but you get a huge portion. I'd recommend them, but would advise to get a bit of extra bread with them as there is plenty of sauce to mop up!
  
  My girlfriend ordered a meal which she didn't realise had loads of corriander in it - and she hates corriander! This would normallly have spoiled the evening but they were happy to replace it for a new meal for no extra charge. This was a nice touch and shows how much they value giving a positive customer experience. We're going back again tonight as a result so it shows good service pays.

  Really disappointed in this place. It took over an hour for my fish and chips to show up. By the time my meal showed up everyone else had finished. Also people had sent steak back for being over cooked, i got my fish and chips after their 2nd steak....
  The staff are a good bunch and were apologetic but I'm still disappointed in how long things took.
  
  While I was hugely disappointed in my initial experience, the only reason I didn't give it a 1-star is because of how they compensated us. We were given free garlic bread for the entire table as well as some free bottles of wine and to top it all off we received 25% off the entire bill.
  
  The food and service is really good, maybe not the best place for large groups.

  Closed down to make way for a seafood restaurant, same name, but totally different buisness.

  Great service and ambiance. Mark is great there always looks after us. Pleasant atmosphere good food good music.

  Now that the terrible Lock Fyne has gone this is quite a good place. Looks a little bit Disney inside, like all chain places, but still Service is good, reasonable selection of beers, food was good pub grub as well. Proper guacamole on the tortillas and good burgers at reasonable price.
